Yes..I talked to John before I drove to his house needlessly. He gets there at about 5am and leaves around 10 am. Better check and make sure he will be there next Saturday since it is the day after Christmas.

The Doms from the 12/31 hatch are promised..but at this point the ones from the next hatch are available. But you will have to pick them up..John doesn't transport babies. Let me know if you want some and how many.

Merry Christmas Everyone!

Of the Silkies I gave AM, The black Roos are pure not mixed. Their parents were my original pair of blacks. There were two OEGB/Blue splash silkie mixes. Their mother was one of the blue splash hens, their father was my OEGB Gold Duckwing Roo. One is mottled looking and the other has the coloring of my OEGB Gold Duckwing hen, lighter feathering around the head and greyish colored body. Both have the silkie feathering.

I'm looking forward to both the Black Silkie Roo and the Showgirl. I haven't seen them yet..lol.!

John did call me yesterday so I asked him if he would be in Shepherdsville this Saturday and he said he would be. So maybe AM will hook up with him this week and I can pick them up from John. Thanks so much!! They will have a good home.

I have 4 or 5 Ohiki "phoenix x bantam cochin " cockerels avalible. They are project birds.. We started a Ohiki project this summer and I have found I don't have to room to expand like I would want.

These birds are about 6 months old and are a cross between our bantam silver phoenix hen and our bantam mottled roo. The birds are F1 and have lightly feathered legs and they are mostly dark in color. My understanding is that F1 x phoenix hen will give you the Ohiki type without the feathered legs, but I just don't have the room..I would really like to place these birds with someone interested in the project. I know projects are hard to start sometimes and I would love to help someone else along.....If anyone is in interested please send me a PM and I will send you pictures....

Spydertoys, what color are the ameraucanas? What lines are they?

They are various colors..and not from any particular "line". He has had that breed for several years. I'll see if I can get you a Pic.
