LOL!!! It looks like giant sperm!!! I'm sure she's fine. Sometimes they just misfire. Sometimes they lay the egg before the shell has had the chance to form. I'm sure she'll be just fine.

That is the coolest egg whoopsy I have ever seen!

that is just a little oops in the egg development, it is normal, happens, and should be nothing to worry about. Very cool looking though!
