Everyone I'm confident wouldn't pull a gun on me for coming up their driveway out here already has birds.

Mom is gonna take some to her school next week after Easter and see if people wanna buy any for a couple bucks. Already have almost 8 dozen just from the past few days

Need permits here, and the farmers market isn't until September

Birds also get 6-8 thrown back for them to eat. The ducks go freaking nuts for the shells

Depends on the state. Some of the southern states are nearly year round.

I'm actually thinking of water glassing. I tried freezing last year, but don't like how it congeals the yolk.

Same. You should see me trying to buy eggs from the supermarket during the winter when pretty much all the girls had stopped. I was trying my best not to get noticed, because after supplying all the neighbours with my eggs all summer, it would've been embarrassing. The next time I needed eggs I sent someone else
