I don't like it either, for some reason itI'm actually thinking of water glassing. I tried freezing last year, but don't like how it congeals the yolk.

I have read that you can avoid that by mixing salt or sugar into them before freezing. I have not personally tried that, but I have tried freezing cookie dough to bake later, and there were no problems with the eggs in it.I tried freezing last year, but don't like how it congeals the yolk.

They'll be tossed. They weren’t very far along and it's been too cold to try and reheat them. I also just have no room to set an incubator up right now anyways.Awww, I'm sorry to hear that.
