Based on personality, and a LOT of viewing other people’s LOs at around this stage…I’m getting a bit more sure she’s a she. She has a ton of broken feathers in her tail area but when I pull them apart they look rounded. Her comb also still looks pink to me and has looked exactly like this no bigger or darker for at least a month, albeit darker than her sister and I feel like by now it should be much redder if she were a boy. Her sister is about 2.5-3 weeks behind in feathering so it’s tough to compare them. Her sister was fluff almost exclusively for the first 7 weeks, so I was sure she’d be the cockerel. But her comb is pale pink and all her feathers are rounded too. These LOs with the shredded gene are tough!! But I love them! Please say she’s a pullet! :)

Pretty much. The comb and wattles are quite large, and quite red. On a lavender its too soon to look for saddle feathers, as while they're coming in, the lavender feathers tend to look rough until they're quite obvious.
Dang it! I’m allowed to have a rooster but I live in a neighborhood so I was hoping I was just worried for nothing :-( Sad!
