Least aggressive breeds

Out of curiosity what make the males show quality? I have a Silkie rooster (quite by accident) and am just interested to know more.
I personally look for males with large beards and crests. Standard, must have requirements for show silkies are all black skin, five toes on each foot, slate colored beak, dark mulberry comb, dark eyes, and even coloring. Such as with buffs, it is considered a common fault for them to have black leakage in the wing and tail feathers. I believe there are also standards for non-bearded silkies, but I’m looking for a good quality bearded rooster to breed with my hen. Here is a picture of my hen so you can get an idea of just how large the crests are supposed to be on show birds.

Between Brahmas and Faverolles as far as just normal chicken agression.
Iv'e seen the Brahma defend herself but never start anything, she's more like a dog than a chicken.
The Faverolles are slightly Jekyll and Hyde, one day they're perfect, lovely french hens rolling about in the yard.
There have been days iv'e seen them beat birds to death and eat them too.
So they are still very much chickens.

I've owned at least 14 different breeds in my flock with plenty of space, adequate coop size, sufficient amount of protein. The only breeds that are mean and assertive in my flock are the Australorp and Black Copper Maran hens. My Delaware was pushy for a few months but she eventually stopped. The D'uccles hens are a friendly and good natured breed as well but the roosters tend to act human aggressive.

As for a easygoing and friendly breed, I've had good experience with, Buff Orpingtons, Barred Plymouth Rocks, White Plymouth Rocks, Easter Eggers, Brahmas, Red Sex Links(some), Japanese Bantams and Polishes. I have never owned Rhode Island Reds but my friend told me never to get any because of their behavior. I think environmental conditions and space are factors as well though.
