I did a sneek peek candleing today because it was so hot and humid I figured it wouldnt hurt to open the bator. Its only day 3 and I can definately see an embrio in 2 of my eggs. I believe others are growing too, but its to hard to see through thoes dark shells. I am thinking I will have at least 5 eggs growing! YEA! ~JEN

Hatch day coming up for me tomorrow...no issues at all with the bator..Yayy!!

Keeping my fingers and toes crossed.!!

Any babies spydertoys??? I just cant wait to see everyones baby pics. My incubator was going crazy the last 2 days with all this wierd weather. 90 degrese one day and then 50 the next. It was either way to hot or way to cold. I may not get a hatch at all at this rate. But If I dont I will definately try again if theres still eggs available. JEN

Started with 8 Eggs, 1 Clear, 1 Blood Ring, 1 that stopped developing, 5 Developing but all have saddle air Cells, so we shall

and hope some

As for the air cells...I find that in larger eggs (that are shipped) this occurs frequently. I don't think they are as compact, inside, as bantam eggs. The yolk evidently gets sloshed around & creates air in the white portion. That said, I have had many hatch with the cell on the side so I assume it is not a "huge" problem.

My babies, hatched on March 30th, are in their half fuzzy, half feathered teenage wildness. I'll get some pics this weekend so you can see how they are developing.
