My smallest guy, but the leader of the flock, has one... Not sure it works very well, but I'm not willing to tighten it anymore... I'm not going to punish or hurt my animals just because they don't know any better to be quiet. It's not their fault... They're doing their job by crowing. But yes, I get it. I've thought about just taking collar off to see if there's much a difference but haven't yet. I'm just beginning to have some issues with the boys annoying the girls, especially late evening. I either need more hens, or less roosIve had to resort to the nocrow collar on my 2 boys whom i will not kill or give away. This is the only home theyve ever known; 15 mos now. 4 neighbors signef petition to get rid of them.Dont like the crowing. This is first night w collars on, will see what the morn brings!
