Lethargic for 2 days/diarrhea

Yes it was.. The flagyl gave her diarrhea all over again. I gave her probiotics with yogurt and she is fine today. Eating real good! I kept her in again because it is getting rather cold tonight (for us in north Florida) 30 degrees with wind chill 20s. If it warms up tomorrow, I'll put her out with the rest of the flock; otherwise Saturday. I can't thank you all enough for your help! I had no clue what to do and you guys jumped right in and helped me tackle the problem! God Bless!

I would not put her with the rest of the flock. Coccidiosis is highly contagious. If she's eating, that's a good sign. Does she drink water on her own?

Actually, if what she had was resolved with flagyll and not with amprolium then it probably wasn't coccidia. Also, if she became sick while in with the flock then the flock has probably already been exposed to it. It has been awhile since the hen became sick and if the rest of the flock isn't showing symptoms, then they will probably be fine, it was probably something that she ate or got into all on her own.

X2.

After two days of eating and normal poop, she started having diarrhea again and she is lethargic and not eating much at all.

I know this is kinda graphic.
I started tube feeding again with the baby bird food. I already de-wormed with Safeguard. She already had a course of Flagyl (that's when she seemed to get better). The rest of the flock (8 chickens) are not showing signs of illness.
What do you suggest I do next?
As always. I appreciate your helpful advice in advance.

Finally! She is well again! She has been back with the flock since Friday and has simulated back into their "graces". No more diarrhea or lethargy. She is back to acting like a normal chicken. Thank you so much for all the help. You have helped me save her life!
