Let's plan a Quail egg hatch... set 'em Sept. 1, hatch 'em Sept 17-19+

I know my husband only sees barbecue when he's looking at those eggs!

He already asked a couple of days ago how long until the quail will be ready for processing.

(Keep in mind that we've never PROCESSED or EATEN one yet. Only had pets and eggs until this point.)

Talk about counting quail before they've hatched. They haven't even gone into the incubator yet!
