This is my new favorite cheesecake, so easy, so rich...
I’ve never made a cheesecake, or anything, in an instant pot. You’ll have to let us know how that goes.. with pictures

Just put in 10 maple taps! I love tapping trees. It is the first "spring" chore and gets me outside during these last dreary (emotionally) weeks of winter. Going to take some pics and make a thread about it in a little bit!

Yum ! I love maple syrup. I wish I lived where we could tap maples.

I used to tap 150 trees. We used an old fashioned outdoor evaporator fueled by the wood from the trees that fell down over the winter. Sigh. That was with my ex. Miss the tapping and the maple syrup more than I miss him.
