Hmmm....I've seen 3 hens try to stuff themselves into 1 nest box.

Oh and one day I moved a couple hens from one coop to another coop. One of them had to lay an egg and didn't know how to get back to the old coop to lay it. So she hopped up on a shelf that had a window where she could see her old coop, and she laid it up on the shelf! I guess she figured this was close enough. :gig

What's the funniest thing you've seen your birds do? :pop

On the shelf!? Did the egg fall and break? I've seen a chicken chase their tail like a dog :p

I saw her pacing around looking at the window from below. I wasn't sure if she was just scared or possibly had to lay, I kept putting her in the new nest boxes but she wanted no part of those yet. I was busy moving things around from old coop to new and didn't see her lay it, but nope, it wasn't even dented, just laying there! I was shocked to see it there at first, absolutely hilarious! :gig

:lau What in the world?! Was the tail attacking the bird? Hen or rooster? :D

Hey @Canadian Wind , are the fires up in Canada still really bad?
I hear the ones in BC are pretty bad. Over here, I'm okay. Apart from about a week of smoke back in June (or early July) we haven't been affected.

I honestly haven't been keeping up on them...

It was Lady Gaga, so cockerel. As you can imagine he saw his tail from behind and did some crazy spins to cath it

Okay. The smoke was absolutely awful last night out were I am, but we haven't had any fires for a week or so near me

Laughter is the best emotional therapy.
Unless someone is laughing so hard at a joke they heard that it takes five minutes for them to actually tell you it, and then the joke turns out to not even be that funny. Then it’s very angering
Speaking of funny stuff, what is the most hilarious thing you've seen a chicken of yours do? Or...duck🙄
Once for me and my siblings were younger, we let one of our chickens eat meat stick. (One time thing). She ate like how I’d imagine an ACTUAL dinosaur would eat, and she swallowed over half of it in her last bite. She probably took about 3.
