I don't know. Logic tells me yes, but it might not because there's nothing really in water. It's to help soften the blow of the medicine on your liver

Last time I took an ibuprofen (yesterday) I was starting to shake. So I think I should not do that.
I do have a heating pad, but not an outlet to plug it into.

I decided to go without pain killers and try some natural rememedies I saw online.
Went great.
For two days.
Then BAM doubled over in agony and swallowing ibuprofen quick as I could.

Yeah. I try to only do natural remedies, and magnetic therapy, but occasionally I do have to get out of bed and be productive.

Hot water bottle is a lifesaver for me
With or without pain killers!
I never used a heat pad or anything electrical. Just hot water bottles, a pain to keep refilling but great non the less.
I even have one with a strap so you can walk around and do jobs with it in place! Highly reccomend

So glad I never had to suffer through any of that. I was already per-menopausal when I transitioned, but had never really had any cramping like so many others have.

99% sure the pain I get is not normal, but doctors don't take us seriously anyway so I'm not expecting answers any time soon
