Light Brahma Hen or Roo?

I purchased these chicks from the hatchery late May 2017. I thought I had one roo and the rest were females. However, this chicken now has saddle and hackle feathers. She does not have a large comb and does not crow. I do not know if she is laying. She does not look like my other hens and she does not look like the other roosters that I had. I had two other roosters that I gave away. I am starting to think that she may be both hen and roo. I am attaching a pic of her as well as the roo.

So can he just be slower to catch up? I had three others that looked exactly the same. He doesn't look like them and only recently (at approx 7 1/2 months) got the saddle and hackle feathers.

Yes, he must just have been a little slower developing.

Brahmas are usually shower growers like other big birds such as cochins and jerseys ^^
