FINALLY!!!

I have tried twice before to make these rolls. THey never came out.

Then it hit me....
My yeast was almost a year old.

New yeast, a new day and I GOT ROLLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am test running them atm....it is on the first risng before I make them in to the roll balls to double again. So far so good tho.... they sure sound good!

I agree... these are the best. I make the bread once a week, and I've been asked to make them as rolls, special for thanksgiving.
