Limping hen. Need advice.

Maybe make a ramp or a step for her to get on roost easier if you want to keep her I have a ramp for my cochin to get on roosts

That’s what I was thinking or some staggered platforms. I think I will improve the ramp to get to the inside of the coop and add a board over to the outside roost they like.

I use them because my cochin do not roost they stay on the floor in one coop the
roost is super low she will get on it but my coops are made to help the girls
that is whay I use tables from pallets not normal board roosts

Just wanted to update. She completely healed within a few weeks. No limp at all now. I'm glad I gave her the rest and a chance to get better!

I am so happy to hear that I took on a bird young but she limped called her that.. No more she moves great now too
