Long live the King - the neverending story of Brahmalot!

Another sad day for Brahmalot. Last night, the neighboring giants came home to find King Cody dead. He was fine just two hours earlier. It is unknown whether he had a heart attack, a heat stroke, or if he was hit by a falling grapefruit. He had good body weight and no noticeable injuries.

RIP, big fellow. You will be missed.
I'm so sorry about the death of the handsome King Cody. The chicks of the new generation are lovely.

I'm sorry for your loss, good to see the chicks are healthy, though I'd mention my chickens seem to like mice and voles, they hunt them down and kill them, play with them a bit and then eat the insides to leave a skin lying on the lawn, they have also tried to snatch birds from the feeders and regularly fight the pheasants that enter, it's very much a love hate relationship, they like the pheasant until foods about then they drive him out. Also I had an exbat a while ago who has since past but on day my neighbours fox hounds escaped and came into my garden, whilst all the other chickens fled this one hen stayed and fought them, flying at their faces and going for their eyes, they were just curious as are used to chickens as my neighbour has loads but she's never seen a dog before so I was a bit surprised

Today twelve princes went on quests for their own kingdoms. Last week one prince and four princesses also went on quest. This scribe's computer died and had to be replaced two weeks ago and now for the next 10 days this scribe, her hubby, mother, and step-father are far away on vacation, so no pictures.

Otherwise, all is well at Brahmalot. The nursery has been taken over by foreigners from the land of Poland. These Polish children have really strange haircuts, rather like the Beatles of long ago. Pictures will be coming soon after vacation.
