Loud goose

I have a happy healthy flock of 3 geese and 2 runner ducks that are free ranged during the day. One of my geese, the African/grey has lately become extremely loud, I'd say this started about a month ago, she honks at EVERYTHING, rabbits, squirrels, cars, people, other birds, even sometimes, she just honks for seemingly no reason. What is the reason for this? She wasn't doing it a month ago. Is there anything I can do? I'm considering adding a gander and a couple more ducks to the flock, will this help? maybe distract her from her honking? (I can tell it's starting to get on my neighbors nerves ). Thanks!

Not sure if adding more geese ESP a gander will reduce the noise I’m thinking it increases it…

This time of year geese start to get louder as we approach breeding season. By May and June I start thinking about putting them all in the freezer because they are so loud and reactive. I would assume yours is sexually maturing and will continue to get louder for a few months. It's quite normal.
