Lump on Chin

Her lump has about doubled in size now, about the size of a blueberry. It is firm, not soft. Her comb has more color in it nowadays, but she is still limping and has not laid any eggs still. The SLM they had are much better, but still working on that. No new symptoms however.
Any new guesses on what it could be?

Only a vet or a lab can give you more than just guesses. Hard lumps are almost always tumors. Some are fast growing and can be malignant while others are slow growing and never metastasize. Have you looked her over thoroughly? There may be more.

Most times when they have a growth or other problem, it may be after death when a necropsy can give answers. Most state vets can perform a necropsy with tissue studies which may identify leukosis or other diseases.
