Oh and just fyi / it's a common misconception that you have to shave your head to get rid of dreads, I took the dreads out of my wife's hair one at a time and she had shoulder length hair when I was done taking them out

Oh I bet that was pretty, I have bangs too and want a similar look.
Yeah, it would be cool if everyone tried them once :) My mom did let me dye my hair blue after asking for a couple of months so I think she would be the same way about dreadlocks :lol:

Yeah, I've read that you can take them out without cutting or shaving your hair. But thanks for letting me know because it's a pretty common misconception
