I don't like hunting either, but since sissy keeps becoming famous (she shot a deer this morning) I think I shall give her some competition

I would shoot a hawk, illegal or not. I bet all you have to do is pay a fine. That's like the dumbest law EVER!!! I guess, they were having population issues because everyone shot them for eating their chickens. Now it's the windmills that keep them in check

I know, not being able to shoot them is really stupid! Where I live they are VERY over populated and snatch up poultry, small dogs, cats, exc. They are a real nuisance, so are coyotes. I had a neighbor once whos 2 full grown geese were killed by hawks. And they were huge geese, I couldn't believe it

Yeah, I can't kill things which is why I don't hunt. The only animal I ever killed was a rattle snake because it kept getting in the garage. Where my baby chicks were and I was afraid it would eat them :/

Yeah.See, my dad wants to hunt deer but I don't let him.I love deer meat, but I cannot stand a creature to be killed.

My dad likes hunting too but usually only goes once a year. I don't like it either and hate the thought of animals dying. But I do prefer hunting animals over meat raised in "factory farms". A deer a hunter shoots has lived a much better life than a cow on a feedlot. That's the only reason I don't feel too bad when he goes hunting :/

Yeah.Especlly chicken.Do you know what they do to our chicken we eat?! I've pressed him into not hunting for a while so far.

Unfortunately yes I do know what they do to meat chickens :/ I'm probably going to end up being a vegetarian if I watch any more documentaries about it

I don't know if we are talking about the same thing I know what they do to them when there living but I'm talking about when the ki- cull them and they send them to china to be processed and then they are sent back to us.

Oh, yeah I thought you meant living conditions. I don't think I even want to know how the meat is processed
