I've gotten quite a few color variations on my ducklings this year. One of the three latest (1 month old) looks like she's gonna be all white. I haven't had an all-white duck since my drake Gulland (translates to Golden Duck) was tragically killed by a fox a couple of years ago. This girl will be his grand-daughter. I'm gonna have to find a proper name for her.

Vanilla sounds a little odd as a name in my language, so I'll go with Marigold, or Marigull.

Okay, I got some pics finally, but forgive me cause they're a little blurry! My ducks absolutely won't hold still why I'm trying to take pics of them!

Here is the new babies, they hatched June 29th.

Here is some pics of the older ones. They are 5 weeks old today and about 1\3 of the size of their mother. They're also starting to get their feathers in.

Dead of winter here so no eggs happening. But first rains since March this morning and Donald is leading the happy dance. The three babes are sulking in the coop wanting to join the fun buts its just too cold to have them out today
