Mahonri's 2nd Annual NYDHatch, watching them grow...

That's just it .... I only use the table top models for hatching. I incubate in a Sportsman. I am just trying to figure out HOW to get the dang water into those 2 little troughs when there are eggs laying on the floor. Guess I will figure out something, because I am putting eggs in one in a couple hours...

Alot of it depends on where you live .... your elevation. For me, I use 30 - 35% incubation, and 60 - 65% hatching (day 18 - 21). That's what works for me. I use "dry incubation," as it is called.

I do roughly the same.

Is it too late to submit my picture for the calendar contest? If not I would like to enter this picture titled "Icelandic Baby Smack-talk."

Hey ChooksChick; what are these?........

Right now I have a bunch of FBCM, B/B/S & Lav Orps, banty Cochins, and EEs. Maybe a Serama or 2. That's the RCom. The others have Silver, Coronation, & Buff Sussex, Seramas, and maybe some banty frizzled Dun Polish...I didn't look carefully, and it's all RevolutionMama's stock. I think I have some Peafowl and Runners in there for her, too, because I remember giant eggs and her being mystified about the peahen laying.

TOO MANY EGGS!!! I think I have room for some I collected yesterday...
