You'll want to do a sniff test daily, just in case something is rotten in Denmark, but honestly, some little buggers just take forever to pull their blood supply out of the external veining, and others are slow about yolk absorption. It's not uncommon for them to get their blood pulled in, pip and zip, then SIT there, because they aren't done absorbing their yolk. Likewise, sometimes they just pip and sit forever, because they haven't absorbed their blood yet.
I have 3 cheapo aquarium thermometers in each of my incubators, because I've found them most reliable. No calibrating, not affected by humidity because they're sealed in a glass tube. I hatch from day 20.5 to day 22.5 usually, if my temps are consistent using these old-school thermometers, so I think a lot of incubators have been running high in this round.
