Mahonri, I even drove 2 hours to pick up a roo from sunnydawn. Thanks to my gps the drive back was 4! arrrrrgggg. I need to move, so I can keep my boys. This darn guy was supposed to be named for my mom. How dare she/he!

DW said she was going to hire someone to come in and do away with my roos when they started crowing at 5AM Yesterday.

I may have to put each in a dark box everynight. LOL

That or soundproof coops that don't open until 9AM

I will probably be in as well. I did it last year and hatched a bunch of Buckeye's and Buff Orpingtons. This year I need to hatch some more Buckeyes and am trying to convince my hubby to let me get some Delewares.

I'm hatching on the 15th (and I'm super excited about it) . It should leave me enough time to run another test run on this incubator before Dec 11th. I'm also going to give my home built another run. I'm setting eggs today. Its had a steady temp for almost a week. I think moving it was a good call. The temp is stable around it and doesnt fluctuate much.

I'm so eggcited. My DH won a horse race and that means I may have the money for a better bator.

That can be my Christmas gift. But I really wanted a tool box with a lock so my DS will stay out of my tools. I think a bator is better.
