Oh, Kelllllllllllly ........ Guess what I did ...... in TWO days????? I (me, myself, and I alone) built a 4x8 "ghetto coop!" Yesssirreeee, I did it!

Ya wanna see a picture of it? I put my Silkies in it......

Guess I should paint it, so it would look a little more respectable (but it was raining today)....

I do have 2 chickens in it during the day. Cheryl gave me 2 english orps (a cockeral and a pullet). They spend the night right now in a dog crate in a secure building.

That pool saves me in the summer.

Here is a pic of the inside.

It has a linoleum floor, 3 roosts, 7 nest boxes, sky light, AC Unit and light on a timer.

Lets see, I want silkies to take to the swaps: so the oldest should be about 8 weeks old which means if they hatch new years I can take them in March.
