i've officially started a New Year's Hatch Dictionary of "technical terms" we used in the New Year's Hatch.

The bator is turned off, washed down and drying in the sun. The chicks are eating and drinking on their own, and happily snuggling under their new Pidgeon mama. The hatchathon comes to a close and I want to thank all of you for being so enjoyable.
I won't be participating in the upcoming hatches - I have a little hatch project of my own I am working on. It appears that, at age 45, I will am expecting another baby. So I will be busy with my own little egg. Lovely to get to know you all! Love, Kelly
