Mama's Flying Penguins and Ramblings

Careful that Salt isn’t too warm.. I’ve heard on here that being too warm can cause pasty butt

I love my Light Brahma... she is a total sweetheart! The minute I sit in with them.. she must jump up on me and settles down to roost on my arm or leg.. now, of course the other two immediately jump up as well!... chicken see.. chicken do!!
And Mak.. the CM pecks me! She has been being disciplined ;)... I feel she may have something to say to the big gals! She already challenged Kelly.. EE...

LOVE IT!! :love:love:love they are all looking like cuddlers and that's perfect!
Yes, the bulb in makeshift "chick med center" is a low wattage so the plastic and him didn't get too hot. we ended up cutting two feathers and most of it came off, yay! we got more med water in him and he went back out to Lil Mama, when i just checked he was sitting on her face and she was letting him :lau:gig:lau:gig:jumpy:jumpy

Me too! Right now we have severe weather going on so :fl that chicks will be ok tonight!
Oh Yes! We are getting that tomorrow :tongue... that means moving the middles and the littles onto the porch into their “weather coops” .... I could leave them in the big run as it is covered.. but I do for my own peace of mind! They would be fine and safe but if it just so happen to rain a bit too much or the winds got too wild then I’d be panicking and trying to move them in the rain .. so I’ll be moving them this evening... can’t wait till they are all grown!!!!

For funnzies...

My hens were ticked at me for not being let out to forage in the "pouring rain" and didn't lay till just a bit ago... boogers! :plbb it's been non stop today, went out and saw that the rain blew just right and got in the popdoor around the seams a bit. :he:barnie going to look into a cheap tarp or use some tin to put a bit of cover over it. anyways long dialouge to say...i understand your worry!! :hugs
