The other day I copied a couple of other threads from here for Mel. The first one here has a lot of the definitions for the lingo used on here...kinda have to read through, but I found it helpful

Well thank you I will pass these nice comments along to my grown daughter who actually took the pictures. She is my NON CHICKEN LOVER', that came in & saw the hatching & demanded a chair to sit & watch & didn't move for the next hour.......LOL. We will win her over yet............... Oh yeah she likes the eggs too, but still takes exception to me having a rooster in the pens..........LOL. She is so funny...You'd think she was a City Slicker but "no" she was raised out here in the country with ME as a Mom......poor thing!!!!!!!!!!

I got flight netting over my outside run today!

That one coop-flyin' Wellie will fly no more!

Now I'm just sittin' back and waiting for the snow to come. We had a couple of small flurries this afternoon, but that was all. I did make it to Wal-Mart and stocked up on groceries today.

Prices are thru the roof! Almost $50.00 for a measely 2 week supply

I think that was Geebs daughter that made French toast out of her eggs she wanted to send to Newman. My daughter just likes me to fix her eggs..............LOL. Just kidding, she lives in her own home out back with her own family but when she comes over I cook for her if it's breakfast time. We have egg sandwiches ALOT!!!!!!!!!!!!! ....LOL
