There were 2 of those Davis Splash Roos......you got the biggest one, but his brother is still here, waiting for a home!

they both fall in the inbetween right now. i have some pullets that have combs approaching that size, but the majority of the other cockerels have combs much larger and redder then that?

Hey Lynette,

Don't hold me to it...but today just night be the day that I am able to get some pictures of my various babes for you. I have a bunch of sorting to do since I have several people to sell my culls to tomorrow for their laying flocks. I am so looking forward to making some space and to doing a bit of rearranging.

I am holding off on planting anything in the garden today since its looking like we are in for some nasty weather tonight. Winds are up between 40 and 50 mph right now and hot and humid as ever...I'm praying for no tornadoes tonight

argh! Today did not turn out as planned at all. I never got the chance to even go down to the pens other than to double check that my youngest ones outside have water. The weather really is rather unsettling...I'm still hoping for everything to fizzle out and for it to be calm and beautiful tomorrow.

x2 I have 2 splash from Pink and they look around the same age. Mine were hatched out around the 7th of April. One of mine is undisputedly a Roo the other is a question till it lays or crows! its on the 1660 page if you want to compare.

That's very interesting...I feed almost exactly the same as geebs does, never noticed it before. Will pay attention with this hatch coming up.
