Got a couple photos of the Birchen pullets yesterday and I think one photo of a male. The rest of the little spazzed out freakazoids will have to wait to get their picture taken, but atleast I got the girls pics and they didn't want much to do with my business either, photos will prove it. LOL!

I'm obsessed with candling the eggs that are in the 'bator. 12 little swimmers doing great! I can barely see into the egg now as the chicks are developing very fast now and filling up the egg.

They are set to hatch New Years Day but I have a feeling they will be sooner than that by the amount of development they have going on in there. Mark my words I bet we have babies a day early on my birthday.

Okay 3 pullets and 4 cockerels...I was wrong about #5 being a pullet. 1 wrong outta 7 isn't bad.

And remember how I said that they all had good fluff on the shanks upon hatch....look closely in the updated photos...they only have small stubs now.
