Sounds like you are having fantastic weather down there! Its been in the 40s and 50s off and on over the last few weeks...its been hard to think of it as winter and not like I should be working like a crazy person trying to get ready for spring. I'm still going to be doing as much as I can while the weather behaves, but I just don't want to be naive enough to think that we might not get slammed with really bad weather later on and not be prepared

The show is the 18th, are you going to set on the 19th? I am planning on going.... getting more eggs.... OMG I forgot I have more eggs coming

Need to sell some soon

They are in the process of passing a law to have chickens in Nashville again (I didn't know it was gone

) I am legal, but there are going to be lots of people that want pullets and hens.... I think Sexlinks are in my near future or big orders from hatcheries. But I guess I can sell pullets no problem over the next few months when it passes. Now if I just had extras

OHHHHH I had not thought about that!!!! Now who to call to find out about selling???? the web site last time I looked was very out of date.

Heck no i dont need no more around here for awhile except for some cuckoos thats why Im not hatching lol. I will hatch vicariously from you guys... Until I run out of willpower anyways or all the broodies go take over haha.

I have no clue this is ths first Ive heard of it LOL. I will have to see what our schedules are gonna be. If I go, I know dh.and dd will wanna go. I think they had more fun than I did last time.

Haha you are such an enabler rotfl...I can see how this is gonna go. My flock will double by summer haha. At least I sold 8 olive eggers and 4 bl copper culls and even one roo the past few days snd i wasnt even trying. They went to family friends and someone dh works with. I think this nice weather is making people want birds early and not wait till spring. I have another guy who is building a coop then he wants hens and one roo. He doesnt care what kind of hens but he picked one of the bl copper roos out already.
