Sometimes the legs start out yellow due to the carotenes in the yolk and then turn the correct color later, so it could still be a cuckoo marans but it is not a black copper marans.It has some fuzz on its legs and feet, so I am pretty sure it is not a BR.
Well now I am not sure about 2 of them all the blue Marans look like this
Except this one has very little fuzz and yellow legs

These were purchased as hatching eggs and given to me as Marans. Black Copper and Blue. Do you guys think they might be some other breed?

Yes you are correct. I was thinking they were newly hatched, but I see now from the original post they are several weeks old.
