Sorry I've not been on here much. Lots going on now. But, I'm thinking about everyone here, hoping hatches are all going well for those hatching, and that the rest of us are all receiving many, many super dark eggies!

Thank you for the welcome pinkchick! This is our third incubation but the first one where we get to keep the chicks. It's really exciting for us. If anybody is in the Texas Hill Country area and needs some eggs incubated please keep me in mind.

Does anyone know how to sex 3-4 week old FCopper Blue M's? I have four chicks and 1 is blue for sure, 1 black with yellow on the chest and two that are a light yellow. I think they are all ladies but I'm not sure.

And How do I post pictures so you all can see?

I would be greatful for any input.

By this age I would expect some warning signs of roo-ism and I would be looking to see those signs in the comb. You should be able to see some little combs in there that are starting to be very prominent. Do you have any photos to share? I would love to see your babies.

Thanks, pinkchick! BTW, what is this "roo-ism" you speak of? OH, wait...I think it's like 80% of what I hatch.
