could anyone help me find out what kind of maran this is? 6 month old cockeral clean legged

Looks like a gold cuckoo maran to me. probably from a hatchery or something though cause it should have more yellow/gold than it does and feathered feet

I'm sorry but my monitor does not allow me to see this birds comb clearly...is it a single comb?

Seems to me it is always slow this time of year, when all the good stuff is going on I am to busy to keep up.  I am feeling pretty good right now.  I just spent the last 3 days cleaning the entire coop,  rebanding all the pullets,  photographing everyone, taking notes, deworming and separating in to breeding pens.  Bring on the hatching season!!!!!

They were too nice of birds to BBQ....

One of them was a gorgeous XXL Blue hen that came from one of Pinkchicks' huge prize Roos that she had back in 2010 or 2011. (mine were born in 2011).
   I wish I had been able to take pics before they left today.   After a few months with no Roo to ride them, their feathers are in perfect condition.:cd

I should have purchased Dolly back from you when I had the chance.

This is the sole survivor of a small incubator hatch of Blue Splash Marans eggs that I purchased from a hatchery. She is a sweetheart and has grown quite a lot since this picture was taken a month ago!

I just hatched 2 Golden Cuckoo Marans chicks I bought as hatching eggs and I would like more. I was wondering if anyone close to me would have any eggs or chicks available in the near future? Im in Bellingham WA. If so please PM me
