I have an egg question--

What is the desired hue of the eggs? Of course they are supposed to be dark but should they be dark and go toward the red/warm undertones or toward the cool/ash undertones?
 
Hi Bravo! Long time, no see. Not sure what you mean by the cool ash undertones?? Got a pic? Me, I love the ruby, shiny finish eggs.
