Good question. I think I'm down to 30 now, would like to drop it to 20. That's not including the new five.

ahhhh man! you and Kim are kickin my butt!! I will get there...gonna select some more to go to the cull pen and band some girls that will be going to new homes for layers, so we'll see how that helps get the numbers down. Its gonna happen! grrrr

maybe I should add to that...if I get to 100 birds I'll be happy...I wouldn't mind getting 75 tho. We'll see...I'm still purposely not counting til I pull out some more culls and count the girls that will be leaving. Then I'll see realistically which number is more doable
