haha...no I didn't buy any lottery tickets...I'm usually so unlucky that the thought never even entered my mind. You are too funny!! Thanks to you and everyone for all the congrats! I really appreciate it!!

When Clyde got Best of breed last month, I picked a few, OK, a LOT of lottery tickets, on the way home.
Nothing, nada, zip. Not a dollar back. But it was worth the try!

Thanks! That black girl is such a ham....she is always doing crazy things and following me everywhere...I think I have a photo of her I posted on here a while back. I'll go look for it, its of her freeranging earlier this fall/summer.

I'm still working on the eye color, hers is a medium color, not quite as bright as the brownish pumpkin color I'd like, but I have some good breeder girls with great eye color and am working on getting a solid blue, black, or splash boy to replace the black boy I lost this last spring to a predator. Once I'm on the way with growing out some solid chicks I'll be rarin to go selectin the boy that will stay and hatching out my first batches of chicks next year.

Thank you, and she is beautifull, where are all the Black Marans at where will I be able to get "real" BM's this spring??
