Honestly, IMHO, there is something about those over pattern birds that I find very attractive!

Honestly, IMHO, there is something about those over pattern birds that I find very attractive!

haha don't worry...you are definitely not alone! I love them too and have my layer pen filled with them!!

I have worms, but instead of a compost pile, I keep mine in my yard!

Talk about LOW-MAINTENANCE!!!

I am going to set up bat houses as well. The university in Gainesville FL had a community bat house that got so huge it collapsed so they built a few more. We have lots of insect eating bats around here. I saw some plans online to make your own bat houses.

Okay here goes with the is it brown or is it olive egg. This is from a girl with two doses of Marans and one dose of Ameraucana but she has a pea comb.

Looks kinda brown here.

Looks more olive here- front row 3rd from the right.

Looks dark olive here between the brown eggs

Here it is on the right with an olive on the left and medium brown in the middle
