What a glorious day here today!!!

Took the chicklets out for day 2 of bullying, and it went so much better today. The sun was shining, 55*, and a whisper of a breeze. Everyone was peaceful and taking the nice weather all in. Then, I got my first Silkie egg!!

They are just 23 weeks yesterday. Seems to be the average time for everyone to start laying around here. Now, if I just knew who laid it! Then I got a Marans egg, and three more hens are starting to redden up. Hydrant worked, hose thawed out, cleaned out the drinking tubs, got a crate cleaned out and stuffed with straw for the chicklets, fed everyone, and put them all to bed. CHICKS ARE OUT OF MY HOUSE!!!!

A good day was had by all...

haha ME EITHER. I can't stand it.... this is why I refuse to be like some people who try to come off looking a certain way just to snag a man. I am who I am..
