I saw him too... he was telling me that it was BLOOD that made the eggs so dark.... that was a first, but I have never researched why they are so dark.

Well now I have that new digital thermostat so I don't think that will happen now. I don't think it has to do with temp spikes. I think it is something your black coppers just carry. That is not a coincidence that it ONLY happens to the blacks. I have never had that happen before. I have had temps drop and spike and still never had it.
