My quail eggs and more chicken eggs (BBS Ameraucana, Quail d'Anver, and Serama) arrived today! I will be setting them tomorrow. Quail will be a March hatch, chickens in April.

I have had great luck with the Magicfly candler from Amazon with seeing into all of my blue, green, and even most of my dark brown eggs.

My Pita Pintas eggs are on day 11 and 10 out of 16 look really good. Another 2 are ? As I can’t see inside them well enough to determine. I have my fingers crossed that I get a good number to hatch.

So, I set 14 Brahma chickie eggs on 10th, so they should hatch on 31th (if everything goes well), does it still count, right?
This is my third hatch this year (first were Marans for my bf, the second were few Brahma eggs) and I can't wait to candle them

This hatch I have Wyandotte & Orpington eggs. You can see right in them & makes everything so much easier.
