nopenopenope! I'm being good! Not mentioning pouring chocolate milk on them!Question: How do you get Chocolate call ducks? What colors do you use for breeding?
I personally would keep them inside. A lot of pet quality calls have no trouble hatching though.Just popping in to ask a few questions. I’m hatching call duck eggs for someone. I know they are more difficult and have a longer hatch process, but this is my first time trying to hatch them. (I’ve hatched chicks, quail, turkeys and ducks for years, but never call ducks )
Two Call eggs in incubator will be ready to hatch in 1+ week. I have a broody serama hen outside. Would moving the eggs to her now be more beneficial or should I keep them inside so I can better monitor the progress?. I have assisted eggs in the past but only in cases where I knew the chick would die. If a chicken has better instincts than me, I’d be happy to let her take over.
Are there any informative links you recommend?

Are you familiar with Pyxis's assisted hatching article?

I’ve never let any of my seramas hatch call eggs, but one of my bigger mixed chicken hens did hatch a couple ducks this year. https://www.backyardchickens.com/articles/guide-to-assisted-hatching-for-all-poultry.72886/Just popping in to ask a few questions.
