Meant to be silkies but one obviously isn't...

Hi everyone so we got these two babies yesterday. Sold as "silkies". We don't care what breed they are really but its out of curiosity.
The white one is very fluffy but does have smooth feathers in her wings and 4 toes on each foot.
The grey one we have no bloody clue, 5 toes on each foot and obviously the feathers ontop of the head aren't silkie like at all.
Both have feathers starting to grow on their legs and feet.
Any ideas?

I agree. The white one looks like a silkie to me but the grey is definitely a mix.

Both look like Silkie crosses. As others have said, the grey looks like a Silkie x Polish. The white one could be too, with heavier silkie traits. Regardless, both are beautiful!

Thank you! We have no clue what our white one is mixed with but agree with Hennies that the silkie traits in her are heavier. We have named her floss as her furry feathers remind me of candyfloss! Grey polish mix ( we think ) still has no name

The silkie may be a hatchery quality silkie. The grey is a polish silkie cross.
