All stress aside, my stunted quail may have put me through hell, but they’re so sweet and cuddly and have made so much progress. They’re almost completely ready to leave for the farm (sans a few head feathers), but here’s everybody now:

The buttons have also started to figure out the routine, though they still detest being held (took a lot to get these pics haha):

Aww I love Rocky's picture <3

They're sooo cute 😍 Daisy has such sweet eyes:love
Thank you! I think that's the only good trait Daisy has haha she's so skittish and untame, she flew out of my hands about 5 times before I managed to get a picture from her

You're so lucky. My quails start to try and fly away from my hands even though I raised them from chicks and extra gentle with them lol
I've been hearing that a lot from people and it makes me nervous in case mine decide they no longer want to be nice one day haha. I'm not sure if it's because we used to snuggle a lot with them as chicks wherein they'd sleep inside my shirt on my stomach for a few hours a day, and whenever they came out for a stretch I was their only source of heat during outings so they would always climb into my hands so I could warm them up with my breath. They definitely took up a big portion of my day in any case but I loved it.
