Hey, Opa....

I watched the news clip that was posted from the POOPS swap in OK. It was really great, and one of those 'feel good' stories. Has anyone contacted the media to see if they would like to do a story on the Michigan Chickenstock?

I posted this on the MI thread also, but want to try to catch everyone:
I have a question for those attending Chickenstock. Would anyone be interested in tshirts? I just help design and order tshirts for our 4-H club and found it easy and fun, and thought it might be fun thing to do for chickenstock, but didn't know if others would feel the same way. If there is some interest, I have a couple of designs worked up, nothing fancy, just simple, but would be open to what everyone thought would go over best. This would be pre-order, pre-pay only, as there would be no way for me to know how many, sizes, etc I would need. Cost would probably be about $15, if I got enough interest. This company makes youth shirts, unisex (i.e. mens) and also carry women's t-shirts, so I could order if all of those. Feedback anyone?

nice idea... but I'll probably have just enough $ for the birds I hope to get. So I personally wouldn't be interested, but hopefully someone else will be to make it worth while!

Now if only I could get an idea on how much some silkies would cost! hint, hint, hint!

Hi Denise,

Extended sizes are available and I don't think are more. I would have to have about 15-20 shirts ordered to make it affordable to order. Here are the designs, I am came up with so far. The color of the shirt can be changed, but all shirts would need to be the same color to get a better discount unless we were order a larger number. I can change up things, add or subtract, change font, etc. So far, others have said they were saving all their money for their birds, which is understandable, but if there is enough interest I will order them.
