Mom decided to hatch quail. How to care for them???

Here is a comparison picture. The chicken egg is a silky egg. The tiny one is one of the quail eggs.

I'm not 100% certain, but I'm guessing that's a bobwhite egg. If so, you probably need to have a permit to keep/raise them, so you should be looking into that right away.

I know that referring you to articles doesn't seem to be your preferred learning method, but believe me, it's better to get all of the basic information first, then ask questions that you still have afterwards.
