So, are you learning ballet? Or? I have a lot of respect for ballet dancers, it looks very difficult and uncomfortable. And the concentration and control they have is remarkable.It hurts (a lot) if you don't stretch beforehand. But, as long as you are warmed up, like I was, it doesn't hurt much at all.
