Mouth open, head up, squeaky sneezes

Gapeworm is not very common, but give the SafeGuard 1/4 ml per pound of weight orally for 5 consecutive days to treat it. Respiratory viruses or bacterial infections may cause sneezing, head shaking, mucus from the nostrils or beak, excessive swallowing, crackles when breathing, and sometimes swelling of the face and eye bubbles.
 
I had this issue. Chicken had lesions in mouth. Antibiotic helped with that. She improved but still breathing out of mouth tried 3 different antibiotics and dewormer. Took her to the vet. Not sure what else to do. It got better for a week but going down hill again.

Can you start a new thread on the emergency forum, and post some pictures of the lesions in the beak, along with what you had done so far with treatments? Does it smell bad? What color are the lesions? Here is where to post a new thread, and click on the green box:
