Thank you both @Wyorp Rock and @casportpony for asking after him.
The mucus does seem to be less, there is no smell now and no new lesions. The white lesions are still there but fading I think. I wouldn’t say his breathing is 100% yet though.
He has had a good day with lots of crowing, chasing after his girls and strutting in front of his son who hatched earlier this summer and is now ‘of age’ and wants girls. It was King Henry not showing his son he was the king around here that alerted me that he wasn’t well in the first place.
I’m cautiously optimistic about him and hope I got whatever he has in time. I am just so sorry that I wasted a week treating him for thrush but I didn’t want to give him antibiotics in case it was thrush and I made it worse.
Thank you for the advice regarding the warm compress and tweezers. I will try that. Do I need to use the hydrogen peroxide anymore?
